Common questions

Do I need to share my email or create an account?
No. Both Excel files download directly. No email, account, or payment is required.
What is in the close checklist?
Tasks grouped by accounting area, with columns for the task, owner, preparer, reviewer, due day, status, evidence link, and notes. Set due days to match your close calendar and add tasks for your business.
How do I use the cash flow formulas?
Enter opening cash, opening revolver debt, a borrowing limit, and a minimum cash target in Week 1. Add weekly receipts, payments, draws, and repayments as positive amounts. Formulas calculate totals, carry balances forward, and check minimum cash and revolver capacity. Open the workbook in Excel to recalculate after edits.
Can I customize the files?
Yes. Save a copy and adapt it to your business. Review formulas after inserting rows or columns. These are planning aids, not accounting advice or a verified close.
