From a folder of PDFs to a link you can send an investor, in three steps.

Upload the documents investors ask for, see what is missing, and send each investor a link to exactly what they need. You do the work once, and every investor after that sees the current version.

  1. 1

    Upload once

Work through the 22 documents institutional investors ask for at seed and Series A, from formation papers to the cap table to the financial model. Start with the founding documents. If something does not exist yet, say so; investors see that note instead of a blank.

  2. 2

    See where you stand

Each document is checked and marked with where it came from. A readiness score across eight dimensions shows the ground you have covered, and the three items that would move the number most are always at the top.

  3. 3

    Share a ReadiLink

Pick a recipient, choose what they see, set an expiry, send one link. They open a live view with a visible watermark. You see when they looked and at what, and you can hide an item or revoke the link at any time.

The eight dimensions

The score follows the order a diligence team reviews a company in, so a low mark points at the same gap an investor would find.

Corporate

Formation, good standing, bylaws, board consents.

Equity

Cap table, option plan, 409A, prior financing documents.

Financials

Historical statements, management accounts, cash and runway.

Forecast

The operating model with its assumptions stated.

Traction

Revenue evidence, pipeline, retention, the numbers behind the deck.

Contracts

Customer, vendor, and IP agreements that carry the business.

Team

Key hires, employment terms, advisor arrangements.

Legal

IP assignments, litigation, regulatory, insurance.

What the marks mean

Every document shows one of these marks, and the investor sees the same mark you do.

Vanward Verified

An automated check gives a recommendation. A person at the company confirms the item, or the step's reviewer signs off on a close reconciliation, before it is labeled verified. The label shows who confirmed it and when. It is not an audit.

Company Verified

You locked this version as the one your company stands behind. It cannot change without an explicit unlock, and the unlock is recorded.

Company-confirmed

You state the document is complete and current. Investors see exactly that wording, so a confirmation is never mistaken for a verification.

FinReadi Close

The same trail, every month.

For a company with a controller or fractional CFO, FinReadi Close runs the month-end close in the same workspace: your template, a preparer and a reviewer on each step, and a close package at the end. The reconciliations you attach count toward the readiness score without being uploaded again.
