What recipients see
A ReadiLink opens a recipient view of the package the company shared, without requiring a Vanward account. Learn how to read its documents, score, and marks.
Steps
- Open the ReadiLink address supplied by the company.
- For a readiness package, read the company's readiness score and the list of shared documents. The score describes company readiness at its stage; it is not a score for just the files in this package.
- Open a shared document and read its status, verification state, and source labels. When watermarking is enabled, PDFs and images carry the recipient label and time.
- Use the download controls if the company allowed downloads. A package download is available where the shared package and its settings allow it.
- If the company enabled requests, use the document-request form to ask for something else you need.
Close packages
A close ReadiLink shows one period, its steps, preparers, reviewers, tie-out figures, and attached documents. It does not show a readiness score or other close periods. A full close package download requires the company to enable that option as well as downloads.
Questions and answers
- Can I see documents the company did not include?
- No. The recipient view shows shared documents, not the company's dashboard, private notes, or hidden files. Readiness packages may show aggregate scores without exposing unshared documents.
- Why does the link say it is not available?
- The company may have withdrawn access or let the link expire. Ask the company that shared it for a new link.
