Exporting the close package

Download a ZIP of the selected close period with its step records, supporting files, and audit trail. Follow the steps to export and read your close package.

Steps

Open Close and select the period you want from Period. Check whether it is open or closed.
Choose Close package and wait for the ZIP download.
Open close-package.md for the readable summary and steps.csv for the step list, balances, assignments, and sign-off dates.
Open the step folders for supporting documents. Use evidence.csv to review the attached-file list and audit-trail.csv to review recorded actions. The package also includes manifest.json.
Use close-sign-off.pdf, when included, for a printable sign-off summary. Keep the ZIP in your records or share the intended material with your reviewer.
